Liz O’Rourke Kupcha, CPSM, President of Kupcha Marketing Services, has over 18 years of marketing experience in the architectural, engineering and construction industries. Since 1997, she has been a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS); her service included Board positions on the New York & Long Island Chapters. Ms. Kupcha recently served her second term as President of the SMPS Long Island Chapter. She has participated as a panelist for various associations including Zweig White, the Fair Media Council and the American Institute of Architects’ Long Island Chapter. Ms. Kupcha has written articles on social media, business development and networking for Building Long Island magazine and the SMPS Marketer. Ms. Kupcha has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from LIU Post and has taken MBA-level classes in Marketing at Iona College. She is a Certified Professional Services Marketer through the Society for Marketing Professional Services.

Ben’s career includes senior level positions in branding firms, direct marketing companies, and advertising agencies, across a wide range of diverse industries. He has experience working at every stage of the creative process, from initial concept, to client presentation, management, implementation and final production. Having worked in all facets of marketing, Ben possesses an expert understanding of how the creative process becomes the crossroads of strategy, branding and advertising, to deliver truly successful, ROI-driven communications programs.

Marina’s position in the community allows her to create unique and interesting programs, and deliver thorough market penetration with effective communications messaging.
Michael Piazza brings experience in full service public relations and publicity to the group. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, as well a governmental agencies and international business development groups. Michael views pubic relations and publicity as a means of delivering “millions of positive impressions, unattainable through traditional paid advertising.” Michael’s background also includes radio and television production, video and audio interviewing, and he has worked as a news writer, editor and reporter in both video and radio.
